  • Scroll to the top of this page and select "Physician Login" or go to our "For Physicians" page to see more information and select "Sign Up" there! You phone number, email, name, and NPI are all you need to get started.

  • Each job listing will have hiring milestones that correspond to reward amounts transparently displayed on the post itself. For most jobs, the rewards will reach your account upon verification by our team that a milestone has been achieved. For example, with applications submitted using your referral link, we will verify that the application submitted is pertinent to the job posted (e.g. A nephrologist submitting their application for a cardiology role will not be considered pertinent).

  • Make sure you have your Stripe account created. If you haven't, create one from your Dashboard. Once completed, you may select "Claim Payout" on your Dashboard to receive the what you have accrued.

  • Rewards are tied to the personalized link generated when you click to share a job posting. If the person you shared it with simply forwards your link, the applicant would be using your link and you would get the rewards. However, if the person you shared it with chose to share using their own link, they would get the reward.

  • At this time, our user interface for a Grapevyne Connector won't let you do this when you're logged in. If this happens, please send us an email at hello@grapeyvne.health and we'll help you!

  • As part of our agreement, we can decide what is the most appropriate manner for providing you application materials and a schedule for overall status updates on postings.

  • Our process is customizable to your preference. We have a series of questions that can be completed on our provided form or we may schedule a call to complete the process in real-time. Any metrics on your current hiring processes, including time-to-fill, costs of recruitment, how long certain vacancies have been there for, etc. will also be helpful for us to understand.

  • At this time, we are contingency-based only so there is no upfront financial commitment when listing a job on Grapevyne. Schedule a call with us by selecting "Book a Demo" at the top of the page! We want to help and make sure our pricing model is aligned with your hiring goals.

    1. Grapevyne's job posts themselves look and feel different from others. We include information that we have yet to see other job boards include such as the comprehensive data you might see on real estate listing websites. While other job boards have many posts that are vague, often missing crucial information like practice name and salary even, we aim for our posts to have as much information as possible so physicians feel it is a good fit at the time of applying.

    2. Referral rewards incentivize Grapevyne's physician-only user base to share job posts with peers they think might be interested in the role.

    3. Physician-exclusive network. Without offense to any recruiters out there, it's a known fact that physicians don't particularly enjoy the neverending slew of unknown calls, texts, and emails. With Grapevyne, there is an inherent trust given that job sharing will come from someone within a physician's own existing connections.
