Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion Overview

Grapevyne is offering eligible users the opportunity to earn rewards for successful physician referrals to the Grapevyne platform ("Promotion").

2. Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to participate in this Promotion:

• You must have a valid and active Grapevyne account.

• You must comply with all existing Grapevyne Terms and Conditions.

• You must either use the designated referral tracking method outlined in these terms

3. Promotion Period

This Promotion begins on March 9, 2025, and ends on March 23, 2025, at 11:59 PM Pacific Time ("Promotion Period"). Grapevyne reserves the right to extend, shorten, or cancel the Promotion Period at its sole discretion.

4. Referral Requirements

To qualify for a reward under this Promotion:

• The referred physician must create a Grapevyne account during the Promotion Period.

• The referral must be properly tracked through your unique referral link generated by the "Copy Referral Link" button on your Grapevyne Dashboard.

• The referred physician must not have an existing Grapevyne account.

• The referred physician must complete the account verification process.

5. Reward Structure

• You will receive $5.00 USD for each verified physician referral that meets all requirements.

• The maximum total reward per user is capped at $25.00 USD (equivalent to 5 successful referrals).

• Rewards will be processed within 30 days after the end of the Promotion Period.

6. Tracking and Attribution

• Only referrals tracked through your unique referral link will be eligible for rewards.

• In the event of multiple users claiming the same referral, the reward will be granted to the user whose referral link was used first.

• Grapevyne's tracking system will be the sole determinant of referral attribution.

7. Payment Method

• Rewards will be issued through the payment method designated in your Grapevyne account settings.

• You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is accurate and up-to-date.

• Unclaimed rewards due to incorrect payment information will be forfeited after 90 days.

8. Limitations and Restrictions

• Self-referrals are prohibited and will not qualify for rewards.

• Artificial or fraudulent referral activities will result in disqualification from the Promotion and may lead to account suspension.

• Grapevyne reserves the right to verify the legitimacy of all referrals before issuing rewards.

• Rewards cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for other goods or services.

9. Taxes

• All tax liabilities arising from receiving rewards are the sole responsibility of the reward recipient.

• Grapevyne may require additional information to comply with tax reporting obligations.

10. General Conditions

• This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

• By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the Grapevyne Terms of Service.

• Grapevyne reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice.

• Any disputes arising from this Promotion will be resolved according to the dispute resolution procedures outlined in the Grapevyne Terms of Service.
